40 children, mainly children of SNIM employees, benefited from a diverse summer camp

The curtain fell yesterday, Thursday (August 28, 2025) in Nouakchott, on the summer camp organized by SNIM for forty children of its employees who excelled during the past school year, as well as a few high-performing children not belonging to SNIM employees' families.
For 14 days, participants received various courses on public speaking skills, drawing lessons, literature, and popular music in various national languages. They also participated in volunteer and recreational activities.
The summer camp activities included visits to several monuments, national institutions, and tourist sites, including:
The headquarters of the National Assembly, the National Museum, the Mauritanian Football Federation, the Sheraton Hotel, the House of Visual Artists, the Banc d'Arguin National Park, and the Awleigatt National Park.
For three years, SNIM has been organizing a summer camp for high-performing children of its employees who have passed the entrance exam for the first year of middle school and the certificate of completion of middle school studies. This is part of the company's social policy, which aims to ensure the happiness and well-being of employees, and to strive to place children in a stimulating and safe environment for entertainment, learning, socialization, and the acquisition of autonomy.
